The Liebherr 2017 World Table Tennis Championships will be held 29 May – 5 June in Düsseldorf, Germany and will see all the usual suspects on duty in their quest to gain superiority over the rest of the field.
The World Table Tennis Championship event is largest in table tennis calendar and although approximately a hundred days away, the China selection has started it’s wheels in motion.
Ma Long and Zhang Jike are already guaranteed positions in the elite squad heading for Düsseldorf.
Fourteen of the strongest Chinese outfit will do battle in a bid to secure a spot in the team.
Following intense competition the top eight will progress into the final qualification system which will hosted in Shenzhen early April 2017.
